Roberto Pelaez

Roberto Pelaez currently serves as Associate Director at CrossVue since April 2022, following a tenure in a similar role at CrossCountry Consulting from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Roberto was a Principal Consultant at Avaap from October 2019 to June 2021 and worked as Workday Integrations Manager at IBM from August 2016 to October 2019. Roberto's career began at Barry University, where Roberto held the position of Associate Director for Digital Media Strategy & Development from July 2004 to August 2016. Additionally, Roberto served as a Counter Intelligence Agent in the United States Army Reserve from September 2000 to September 2008.
