Luca Carrai is the CEO and Founder of Ethicjobs, the first European company dedicated to evaluating and certifying workplace quality within organizations since January 2017. Luca also serves as a Docente d'impresa at Cescot Rimini, focusing on practical tools for entrepreneurship, effective communication, and business plan drafting, and as a Formatore at CNA Formazione, covering topics such as CV writing, business development, public speaking, and marketing. Additional roles include external teaching positions at San Patrignano and ITTS Belluzzi - Da Vinci. As a product of Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, Luca leads a Social Innovation Lab for the Master's program in Tourism Economics and Management. Prior experience includes founding and presiding over Slash, a pioneering student association at the Rimini campus that facilitated cultural activities and social integration. Luca's educational background features degrees in Tourism Economics and Management, a Master's in Europrojects, and studies in Arts and Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
