Prior professional background includes positions at WakeMed as an Instrument Room Technician and various roles at UPS, including Part-time Supervisor and Warehouse Associate. William's military service in the US Navy spanned over 20 years, where responsibilities included Operations Officer roles aboard multiple ships and managing personnel and payroll processes.
