Heath Salit

Heath Salit currently serves as the Head of People at Croud, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Heath worked as a Senior Advisor from 2020 to July 2022, providing expertise in organizational effectiveness, IPO readiness, DEI, and sustainability across B2B and B2C companies as well as the public sector. From September 2008 to 2020, Heath held several vice president roles at Macy's, focusing on organizational strategy, change management, and leadership development. Notably, responsibilities included the integration of legacy companies and enhancing internal functionality. Earlier career experience includes roles at lululemon as a Business Consultant and at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Regional Director. Heath earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Indiana University Bloomington.
