Colleen Adler

Colleen Adler, PA-C, has been serving as an Acute Care Physician Assistant at Crouse Medical Practice since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Self Direction Coach at The Kelberman Center from August 2017 to April 2024, and completing a Physician Assistant Student role at Marywood University between May 2019 and May 2021. Colleen also worked as a Medical Scribe at Crouse Medical Practice from September 2018 to May 2019 and gained experience in child care at the East Area Family YMCA from September 2012 to August 2018. Additional roles include serving as a Certified Home Health Aide at Loretto in June 2017 and at Franciscan Health Support from June to November 2015. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant from Marywood University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Le Moyne College (2014-2018).
