Andy Huntoon is a Managing Director for the Northeast Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Andy is responsible for sourcing and executing new multifamily development opportunities in the Northeast Region.
Prior to joining TCR in 2016, Andy served as Vice President & Director of Central Region Acquisitions for GID, sourcing both stabilized apartment acquisitions and forming joint-ventures for the ground-up development of new multifamily assets in Texas and Chicago. Andy joined GID in 2007 and contributed to closing $1.9 billion of multifamily assets in 22 transactions containing 9,500 units during his tenure at GID. Prior to his real estate career, Andy was a Second Officer in the United States Merchant Marine where he worked aboard cargo vessels.
Andy holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
