Carlos Rainwater

Carlos Rainwater is Senior Managing Director in the Office, Hotel, & Land Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the firm’s office, hotel, and land investment activities and serves as a member of the CHC Investment Committee. Carlos has been associated with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 1988 and was Controller for the Trammell Crow Company Dallas-Fort Worth Office Group.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Carlos was with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company in Dallas, Texas for three years.

Carlos currently serves as a Board member on the Advisory Council for the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute. Carlos received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
