Cody Armbrister

Cody Armbrister is the Senior Managing Director in the Office Development Group of Crow Holdings Development, where he is responsible for leading CHD’s office development business.

Cody joined CHD in 2020 from CBRE, where he was the Senior Managing Director of the Houston market. During his tenure at CBRE, Cody expanded the company’s reach across the Greater Houston market in nearly every service line including advisory & transaction services, debt & structured finance, capital markets, healthcare services, property and facilities management, project management, and valuation.
