Deborah Gaffney

Deborah Gaffney is a Vice President for Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings, where she oversees assets in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.

Deborah rejoined TCR in 2016 as a part of the East Coast Asset Management team. During her tenure with TCR, Deborah assisted with lease-up, oversight, and disposition of 15 assets & over $1.3 billion in transactions. Deborah originally entered the industry in 1994 and joined Trammell Crow Residential Service on the property management side in 1995, working primarily on lease-ups. Deborah has also held roles with large national firms as Senior Director with a 33- property portfolio and Director of Asset Management for a private owner in Atlanta where she gained extensive knowledge on senior housing and value add assets.

Deborah is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds over 20+ years in the multifamily industry. She has previously served on the board for IREM along with numerous committees/volunteer opportunities for the Atlanta & Charlotte Apartment Associations.
