Gina Spiegel

Gina Spiegel is a Senior Managing Director and co-leads the Partner Solutions investment program of Crow Holdings Capital, which provides customized liquidity solutions to property operators, real estate fund sponsors, and institutional investors.

Gina joined CHC with over 17 years of industry experience spanning real estate finance, direct investments, and indirect strategies. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Capital, Gina was a Managing Director at Landmark Partners where she helped direct and execute the investment strategy of the real estate group, including the sourcing, structuring, and negotiation of secondary and primary transactions. She also led portfolio and asset management activities across the fund series and oversaw the screening and resourcing of all real estate investments. Prior to that, Gina was a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Colony Capital, where she was involved in the acquisition and management of over $1 billion of office, industrial, and multifamily assets across the U.S. During her tenure at Colony, Gina was involved in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management across product types as well as portfolio management and business development. Gina began her career in real estate finance at CWCapital, where she performed transaction due diligence and closed over $950 million in commercial and agency debt.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University and is a member of the Boston board of Women in Real Estate. She also serves on the Board and finance committee for SSDS Boston.
