Jarvie Worcester is a Managing Director for the Mountain States Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Jarvie is responsible for leading TCR’s multifamily development business in the Mountain States, including management of all development functions, construction oversight, and project capitalization.
Prior to joining TCR in 2016, Jarvie was the Vice President of Development for Real Capital Solutions in Louisville, Colorado, where he oversaw a $350 million portfolio of multifamily, senior, and student housing development investments. Prior to Real Capital Solutions, Jarvie spent eight years with Vail Resorts Inc. in their resort and hospitality development groups as the Director of Development. While at Vail Resorts, Jarvie was involved in the development of $450 million of resort condo, hotel, retail, and resort operations projects. Jarvie started his career with Intracorp San Diego, where he was a financial analyst and project manager for the Southern California developer, involved in the development of 1,500 condo and apartment units during his time with the firm.
Jarvie graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Today, Crow Family Holdings maintains a substantial stake in the ownership of various signature properties, with varying levels of management.The company’s signature properties include the Old Parkland Campus, the Anatole Hotel and Dallas Market Center – all located in Dallas – as well as the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA and the International Trade Mart in Brussels, Belgium.
