Jim Berardinelli

Jim Berardinelli joined Trammell Crow Residential in 2016 as development partner covering the firm’s Florida markets. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the apartment industry, having held leadership positions in national and regional development organizations including JPI, Archstone and Crescent Communities. Jim has developed more than 4,000 units valued at over $500 million. He has developed properties across the southeast, from Florida to North Carolina, and the Mid-Atlantic, including Virginia and the District of Columbia.
