Jim Mccaffrey

Jim McCaffrey is the Managing Director at Crow Holdings Office responsible for all development activities and sourcing new projects.

Jim joined Crow Holdings Office in 2021 after spending more than nine years with The Howard Hughes Corporation. His tenure there included oversight of office, retail, and mixed-use projects in several markets across the country. Most recently he led the co-development and leasing of 110 North Wacker Drive, the tallest office tower delivered in Chicago in three decades and the largest project ever undertaken by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Jim’s prior experience includes managing all aspects of business for the capitalization, development, design and construction of office and industrial projects as well as working for one of the largest general contractors in Chicagoland.
