Kristin Millington

Kristin Millington is a Director in the Self-Storage group of Crow Holdings Capital, where she is responsible for the oversight of all self-storage investment activity at the firm.

Kristin joined CHC in 2014 in the Portfolio Management group, eventually transferring to the Food & Service Retail Fund in 2015, where she was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of retail centers across the Midwest, Texas, and surrounding states. In 2020, Kristin joined Stream Realty Partners where she served as a Vice President responsible for the marketing and leasing efforts of over five million square feet of commercial property. She re-joined CHC in 2022 as a Director in the Self-Storage group to oversee acquisitions and development across the U.S. Prior to joi
