Phil Prassas

Phil Prassas is a Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Development. He is responsible for leading CHD’s industrial development business in the Western region of the United States, overseeing all investment activities including market strategy, site and asset identification, deal structuring, project entitlements, and product design as well as construction and project capitalization.

Phil joined CHD in 2016 as its second partner in conjunction with opening the Los Angeles regional office.
