Sean Rae

Sean Rae is a Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at Crow Holdings Development. Sean is responsible for the national debt and equity Capital Markets, a position he has held since 2014. In this role, Sean oversees debt and equity placement and capital relationship management.

Prior to his current role, Sean was a development partner in the Trammell Crow Residential Gulf Coast (Houston, TX) office, where he oversaw multifamily development. During his tenure at Crow Holdings Development, Sean has been responsible for or directly involved in new development, refinance, and sale transactions totaling more than $12 billion.

Sean received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
