Shawnee Tharp is a Vice President in the Asset Management group at Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Her responsibilities include deployment of the investment strategies for the full business cycle of multifamily investments including acquisitions, ongoing asset management, and disposition. This includes providing underwriting support, market evaluation, customer research, and community setup for new assets. She is responsible for the financial and operational performance of her portfolio. She develops the strategic business plan for each asset and oversees the property management teams that implement them. She works closely with partners to implement tactics that will maximize proceeds at disposition.
