Sterling Hillman is a Managing Director in the Food & Service Retail Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he assists in leading the Crow Holdings Retail Funds in investment and asset management activities. Sterling joined the firm in 2015 and currently sits on the firm’s Retail Fund Investment Committee.
Sterling began his real estate career in 2004 with national real estate development company Foremark, Ltd., and affiliate Palio Partners in Dallas where he served as Director of Development. Sterling later joined Dallas-based Leon Capital Group focusing primarily on value-add retail investment and new development throughout the country. Sterling received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition to serving on multiple nonprofit boards, Sterling also serves on the Advisory Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance Investment Center.
