Steven Epps

Steven Epps is a Managing Director for the Southeast Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Steven is responsible for sourcing, entitling, capitalizing, and developing multifamily projects throughout Florida.

Prior to joining TCR in 2018, Steven spent eight years in value-add redevelopment with six years in the hotel industry and two years in multifamily.

Steven received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute.
