William H. Walton is a founding member of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C. (“Rockpoint”), a global real estate investment management firm. In 1994, he co-founded Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. (“Westbrook”), a similar firm which the Rockpoint managing members continue to control. Since 1994, the Rockpoint managing members have raised over $10 billion of equity capital for eight opportunistic investment vehicles, one value-add investment vehicle and five co-investment vehicles. Rockport also has invested in approximately $38 billion of real estate in 42 states and 18 foreign countries.
Prior to co-founding Westbrook, William was a Managing Director in the real estate group of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, which he joined in 1979.
He has served as a Director on the Boards of several public and private companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations including Princeton University and Princeton University Investment Company. He received an A.B. in 1974 from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1979.

Crow Family Inc. was formed in 1987 as a family office to own and manage the capital of the Trammell Crow family. Today, Crow Family Holdings maintains a substantial stake in the ownership of various signature properties, with varying levels of management.The company’s signature properties include the Old Parkland Campus, the Anatole Hotel and Dallas Market Center – all located in Dallas – as well as the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA and the International Trade Mart in Brussels, Belgium.
