Mark Guest is an experienced manufacturing manager with a robust background in production management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. since December 2015, Mark oversees new product introductions, facilities management, and talent development. Previously, as Production Manager and Manual Assembly Production Manager at Owen Mumford Ltd., Mark managed operations within a high-volume medical device manufacturing environment. Mark also held the position of Value Stream Manager at Beaver Visitec International, where responsibilities included managing the Ophthalmic Kit Value Stream and reporting on key performance indicators. Earlier roles include Team Leader and Continuous Improvement Engineer at BD and Technical Manager at Anglepoise Ltd., where product design and supply chain establishment were key focuses.
