Laura Boerboom

Laura Boerboom is a seasoned cultural strategist and semiotician with extensive experience in guiding organizations through dynamic environments. As Co-Founder of Code Switch since September 2020, Laura focuses on developing cultural strategies that enhance understanding of human behavior. Additionally, Laura has worked as a freelance consultant since 2019, specializing in cultural and consumer insights. Laura has held key positions at Crowd DNA, where leadership of the Futures and Semiotics department occurred, and The Future Laboratory as a strategic researcher. Past roles include positions at Space Doctors, BAMM, The HEINEKEN Company, Flamingo, and internships with National Geographic Society and G + J Publishers. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford, graduating with distinction, and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Psychology from University College Utrecht, with a minor in Sociology and Cognitive Neuroscience, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
