María Eugenia Gorbarán Bianchi

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
