Ivan Gondoprastowo

Ivan Gondoprastowo has a diverse work experience. Ivan is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at CROWDE since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President at J.P. Morgan from July 2014 to August 2022, where they were involved in various roles including Equities Tech - Prime Finance and Equities Tech - Electronic Trading. Ivan was also a Co-Chair of NextGen Hong Kong Business Resources Group from 2018 to 2020 and received the Most Cutting-Edge Technical Development Award at the 2019 Symphony Innovate Asia Hackathon. Before joining J.P. Morgan, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UC Merced in 2013. Additionally, Ivan worked as a Research Development Software Engineer at Infosys in 2012 and as a Software Engineer Intern at Bistip, a startup awarded the 2011 Most Promising Startup by SparxUp.

Ivan Gondoprastowo has a diverse education history, starting with their high school education at Canisius College (Kolese Kanisius) from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Natural Sciences. Ivan then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, completing it from 2010 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a short-term exchange program at Tsinghua University in 2013, focusing on Software Engineering.

After a brief reciprocal exchange program at the University of California, Merced in 2013, Ivan went on to pursue a Master of Statistics degree in Data Analytics and Risk Management at The University of Hong Kong. Ivan successfully completed this program from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan has also obtained various certifications. Ivan attended a kdb+ Bootcamp at AquaQ Analytics in 2018. Ivan is also certified as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate by Amazon Web Services and holds a CompTIA Security+ certification. Furthermore, they have passed the CFA Level II Exam conducted by the CFA Institute.
