Leni N. I.

Leni N. I. has an extensive background in process improvement and project management, currently serving as the Lead of Process Improvement and Project Improvement Specialist at CROWDE since January 2020. Previous experience includes roles as District Sales Assistant at Corteva Agriscience from February 2018 to August 2019, and Agronomy Data Coordinator at DuPont Pioneer from June 2015 to February 2018. Leni began the career as an Assistant Lecturer and Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Padjadjaran, where responsibilities included teaching laboratory activities and assisting with exam preparations. Leni also completed an internship at Balai Besar Penelitian Padi in June 2012. Leni holds a Bachelor's degree in Agrotechnology from Universitas Padjadjaran, obtained in 2014, and a high school diploma in Science from SMAN 1 Purwakarta, completed in 2009.
