Tyler Darwin-Strait

Tyler Darwin-Strait is a Project Engineer at Crowder since August 2022, following experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems from May 2021 to July 2022, where research focused on additive applications of CMT and plasma welding in collaboration with Renishaw and BeAM AM systems. Prior to that, Tyler held a Quality Engineer Co-op position at Airbus Helicopters, Inc. from May 2019 to December 2020, where tasks involved the extensive use of Excel and SAP programs to enhance efficiency and safety on the production floor. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University, completed in August 2022.
