Miriam D. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Miriam began their career as a Project Management Trainee at BBVA in 2012, where they were responsible for developing and testing a new internal tool and organizing training programs for staff. Miriam then worked as a Human Resources Trainee at BNP Paribas, focusing on recruitment and selection processes for interns and summer assistants. Miriam then moved on to become a Junior Project Manager at Grupo Análisis e Investigación, where they managed projects with international and national clients. Miriam also prepared market research tenders and offers. Miriam then joined Catenon as a Recruiter, where they conducted recruitment at both national and international levels and developed strategic relationships with business schools. After that, they worked at Universidad Europea as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter, focusing on coordinating with managers to identify hiring needs and managing the selection process. Miriam then worked as a Human Resources Analyst at the European Central Bank, where they were involved in learning and development initiatives and project management. Currently, they are employed at CrowdFarming, first as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter, then as an Interim Chief People Officer, and currently as the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

Miriam D. completed a Course in Spanish Labour Law & Social Security from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2021-2022. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2010-2015. Miriam's earliest education was a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpreting (specializing in French and German) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2006-2010.
