Andrew M.

Andrew M. has held a variety of roles in the past. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at CrowdRiff. In 2021, they became an Account Manager at HiMama, where they managed long-term relationships with customers and sold the value of HiMama services. In 2020, they were a Business Continuity Intern at Plum, where they created a business continuity plan, conducted a threat risk assessment, and created a business impact analysis questionnaire. In 2018, they were a Training and Safety Coordinator at Wroute Inc, where they ensured a high level of training and preparedness for employees. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Police Constable and Auxiliary Police Constable at the Waterloo Regional Police Service, where they patrolled assigned areas, arrested criminal suspects, and provided emergency assistance to victims. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Grocery Department Manager and Produce Department Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they were responsible for inventory management, labour scheduling, and pricing integrity.

Andrew M. has an extensive education history. In 2020-2021, they took an Introduction to Programming course at Udacity. In 2019-2020, they completed a post-grad Emergency Management program at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. In 2018, they obtained a Basic Contable Training degree from the Ontario Police College, and also completed policing courses through the Canadian Police Knowledge Network. From 2011-2017, they studied Retail Management at the Loblaw Virtual Learning Centre. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate Program in Business Leadership from Conestoga College, and in 2012-2013 they studied Criminal Psychology and Behaviour at Conestoga College. Additionally, Andrew M. has obtained various certifications, including an Ontario Private Investigator Licence from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services in 2018, a Standarized Field Sobriety Testing certification from the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police / Association canadienne des chefs de police in 2018, a Standard First Aid and CPR - Level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross in 2018, a Food Safety/Handler Certification from Loblaw Companies Limited in 2017, a Joint Health and Safety Committee Level 1 & 2 Certification from the Ontario Service Safety Alliance in 2016, and a Mental Health First Aid certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in 2016.
