Leo L. has a long and varied work experience. Leo began their career in 2003 as a Material Planner for Supply Chain Management at Celestica. In 2005, they moved to the Canadian Space Agency | Agence spatiale canadienne as an Associate in the Commercialization Office. In 2006, they worked as a Summer Associate Management Consulting at Accelteon Partners. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Manulife in various roles, including Director, Product Marketing, Group Retirement Solutions, Manager, Special Projects, Corporate Strategy, and Customer Manager, Reinsurance. In 2011, they began working at Nulogy as the Director of Customer Success. In 2015, they moved to Joist as the Director of Customer Experience. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have worked at CrowdRiff in various roles, including COO, VP Strategy and Business Operations, VP Customer Success and Operations, VP Customer Success, and Head of Customer Success.
Leo L. completed their MBA at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an Applied Science & Engineering degree from the University of Toronto from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Engineering Science - Manufacturing option.
