Thomas McDonald

Thomas McDonald has a diverse work experience in the investment and real estate industry. Thomas started their career in 2006 as a Financial Analyst at Trefethen and Company, LLC, where they were involved in investment banking, alternative investment management, and creating financial models for M&A buy-side clients. In 2008, they became an Independent Real Estate Advisor, working as a Consultant until 2016. Currently, since 2018, they are employed at CrowdStreet as the Director of Investment Product Development & Portfolio Management.

Thomas McDonald holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Portland State University. Thomas has also passed the CFA level 1 exam from the CFA Institute.
