Kathryn Deming

Kathryn Deming is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at CrowdStrike, Kathryn has also been a Student Mentor at Springboard since November 2020, providing tailored guidance to aspiring designers. With a robust background in leadership roles at Horizontal Digital, including Associate Director of UX, Kathryn has managed teams, developed design processes, and created valuable design resources. Previous positions include Senior Design Lead at HealthPartners, where contributions were made to a design system, and Senior User Experience Designer at Best Buy, where efforts focused on enhancing e-commerce applications. An academic foundation in Graphic Design was established with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
