Omar D. Chemes

Omar D. Chemes has worked for a number of companies since 2004. Omar D.'s most recent role is Head of Network and Security at Crowdvac, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were Manager Streaming Support at The Walt Disney Company from 2018-2021, where they managed a SOC Team Leader leading four Technical Operators and a Lead Developer with a team of two Developers. Omar D. was also responsible for customer service management, streaming operations, development, DevOps collaboration, product development collaboration, major incidents management, and team building. From 2018-2018, Chemes was Manager Implementations and Support at Toolbox, where they managed two teams with a Supervisor and Technical Engineers. From 2012-2018, they worked at América Móvil as Head CDN, Head of Change and Release Management/Project Manager CDN, Head NOC/Project Manager CDN, and Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations/Project Manager CDN. From 2011-2011, Chemes worked at Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer, and at IBM Argentina SA as an IBM School Wintel Administrator. Omar D.'s first job was at Banco Santander Rio SA in 2010, where they were an Account Manager. In 2004, they started their own company, Rómbico SA, where they worked as Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for electronics sales, international trade, technical support, and publishing products.

Omar D. Chemes began their educational journey in 2017, when they enrolled in Escuela Argentina de Negocios to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Omar D. is expected to complete this degree in 2024. In 2017, they also began a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce Business Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
