Héctor J. García Martínez is the Chief Executive Officer of Crowe Mexico and a Tax Partner. He has extensive experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, tax treaties, and maquiladoras, working with clients across diverse industrial and commercial sectors.

Héctor serves as a board member for national and multinational companies and not-for-profit (NFP) organizations, where he provides strategic financial and governance insights. His expertise extends to advising high-net-worth families on structuring their investments, optimizing tax efficiencies, and ensuring long-term wealth preservation.

He is an active member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo León, where he has held leadership positions such as President of the Board of Directors and Treasurer. His professional contributions also include participation in various technical committees.

As a recognized expert in international taxation, Héctor has spoken at global tax & business forums. Additionally, he has served as a University professor, sharing his knowledge with future generations of tax professionals.

Héctor holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and continues to play an influential role in the tax advisory and corporate governance landscape, providing guidance to businesses, organizations, and high-net-worth individuals alike.
