Ruthie Simpson

Ruthie Simpson, CPA, CA, is a seasoned professional in the accounting field with extensive experience in audit and advisory services. Currently a Partner at Crowe Soberman since February 2023, Ruthie specializes in audit, review, and compilation engagements under Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Not-for-profit organizations, as well as corporate tax compliance and tax planning. Prior to this, Ruthie held various positions at EY from December 2011 to February 2023, including Associate Partner and Senior Audit Manager, and served as an Audit Manager at RSM Richter LLP from September 2004 to December 2011. Ruthie is a Chartered Accountant, having obtained credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
