Alecia Swenson

Alecia Swenson, CPA, currently serves as a Business Process Risk and Controls Senior Consultant at Crowe since August 2025. Prior to this role, Alecia was a Senior Financial Analyst (Revenue) and Financial Analyst III (Revenue) at AGC Biologics from January 2024 to August 2025. Alecia's experience at BDO USA, LLP spanned from September 2019 to January 2024, where positions included Experienced Senior Audit Associate, Senior Audit Associate, Experienced Audit Associate, and Audit Associate. Earlier, Alecia worked at Eau Claire YMCA and gained initial professional experience as an Accounting Intern at UW Madison Research and Sponsored Programs, followed by an Audit Intern at BDO USA, LLP.
