David Weisz

David Weisz is an experienced leader in talent strategy and business performance, currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy and Transformation at Crowe since October 2022, where efforts are focused on enhancing Talent Solutions to support organizational growth. Previously, David held multiple roles at Amgen from February 2013 to August 2022, including Business Performance Director, acting as Chief of Staff for the Global Regulatory Affairs & Safety organization, and Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager, where responsibilities included advising on change management and managing transformational projects. David's past experience also includes a position as Human Capital Manager at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in large-scale business transformations, along with roles at Hebrew Union College and Brandeis Collegiate Institute. David holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Linguistics from Brandeis University.
