Hassan Damerji

Hassan Damerji, EdD, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk advisory and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Advisory at Crowe since August 2024, Hassan previously held leadership roles in internal audit at Anuvu, where responsibilities included risk assessment planning and SOX 404 compliance. Hassan's expertise is reinforced by prior positions at 99 Cents Only Stores, UTi Worldwide, MJF LLP, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG, focusing on audits across various industries. Hassan holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
