Katie Hamada

Katie Hamada is the Chief People Officer at Crowe. Katie previously worked as the Managing Director and Talent Transformation Leader at Deloitte from February 2006 to April 2022. At Deloitte, Katie led the Talent Transformation program, which aimed to improve the Talent experience through data-driven insights, industry-leading digital solutions, and innovative, human-centered HR service delivery. Katie also worked as a summer intern at Mercer Australia in 2004, where they supported the transformation of a global logistic company's onboarding program in Asia and Australia.

Katie Hamada has a Master of Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
