Susannah Karls Heitger

Susannah Karls Heitger, PMP, serves as the Public Sector Managing Principal and Industry Leader at Crowe, where previous roles included Principal and Strategy & Management Advisory Leader in Public Sector Consulting. Earlier professional experiences include positions as a Diversity Programs Intern in the Employee Services Department at the City of Bloomington, Indiana, and a Taekwondo Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology at Indiana University Bloomington, along with roles as Property Manager and Development Coordinator at Renaissance Rentals, and Program Intern for the Safe & Civil City Program in the Office of the Mayor at the City of Bloomington. Susannah holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) with a focus on Economic Development and Public Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and completed coursework at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration.
