Zoe Hannon

Zoe Hannon is the founder and owner of Shine Açaí, established in May 2020 to provide nutritious, on-the-go food options in Northwest Chicago, while also promoting a health-focused brand through a strong social media presence. Currently, Zoe serves as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Crowe, where responsibilities include executing OCM strategies for ERP system implementations, conducting AI integration workshops, and developing KPI dashboards. Previous experience includes multiple roles as a teaching assistant at the Gies College of Business, internships as a Business Solutions Consultant intern at Crowe, and early career experience as a nanny. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studied business at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
