Awaly Diallo

Awaly Diallo currently serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Crowell & Moring, having previously held roles as a Coordinator and Assistant in the same field. Prior experience includes working as an Intake Paralegal at the Support Center for Child Advocates, where responsibilities involved managing a substantial caseload and coordinating initiatives focused on Racial Justice and Social Equity. Additional roles encompass positions at various organizations, including a Vice Presidential role at Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, a Legal Intern with the United States Attorneys' Offices, and several positions at Pennsylvania State University, where leadership and mentoring were central. Awaly Diallo holds degrees in Sociology and African-American/Black Studies from Penn State University, along with an honors distinction from the Schreyer Honors College.
