Joel Gustafson

Joel leads Crowell’s Information Services team in delivering best-in-class technology systems and services and executing a technology strategy that aligns with firm business priorities and needs. He brings more than two decades of experience in IT strategy, service delivery, infrastructure, operations, procurement, security, end user support and computing, and project management at firms and organizations ranging in size from 2,000 employees to over 50,000 employees.

He brings a wealth of knowledge from a range of industries, including legal, consulting, technology, and retail. Joel’s background includes architecture and IT operations senior management roles where he was responsible for enterprise architecture strategy, automation efforts, and internal/external cloud solutions.
