Lisa Henneberry

Lisa Henneberry is a partner in the Energy Practice at Crowell & Moring LLP, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Lisa served as an Independent Director at Starfire Energy from June 2021 to December 2024 and as Chair of the Energy & Natural Resource Group at Squire Patton Boggs from October 1998 to July 2022. With extensive experience in energy project development, commodity arrangements, and dispute resolution, Lisa possesses significant expertise in commodity pricing issues across both common law and civil law systems. Earlier in career, Lisa worked as an associate in the International Department at Arent Fox, focusing on international power and LNG projects, and at Fort & Schlefer, LLP, specializing in ship financing. Lisa earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Romance Languages, Literature, Linguistics, and Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
