Amy Meredith is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in program management and analysis. Currently serving as a Compensation Program Manager at Crowley since February 2021, Amy has previously held roles as a Compensation Specialist at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies and as a Project Manager and Compensation Team Manager at Mercer, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation analysis, managing teams, and supporting over 350 consultants. With a strong foundation in compensation strategy and implementation, Amy has contributed to various high-tech manufacturing and consulting environments, demonstrating expertise in salary structures, variable pay programs, and HR reporting. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
