Bianca B D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, workforce development, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Program Manager of Workforce Development & Corporate Giving at Crowley since March 2019, Bianca holds several leadership roles including Co-Chair of the Women’s Empowered Business Resource Group. Additionally, Bianca contributes as a Jacksonville Advisory Board Member for the National Diversity Council. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Dillard's Inc., Michael Kors, and Ralph Lauren, specializing in sales management and employee experience. Bianca's academic background features three degrees from the University of Maryland Global Campus, including a Master of Science in Data Analytics and an MBA in Business Administration.
