Tersia Schuch

Tersia Schuch, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Compensation Leader at Crowley, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Tersia was the Director of Executive and Incentive Compensation at Alorica from March 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Director of Compensation at Sitel Group from August 2010 to March 2022 and holding the role of Global Compensation HR Director at SYKES from August 2010 to February 2021. Tersia's background also includes Human Resources and Compensation Management roles at Shands HealthCare and Alachua County BoCC, as well as management experience at The De Beers Group of Companies. Tersia's education includes study at Wits Business School from 1995 to 1996 and RA University.
