Flore's expertise encompasses leading reviews of strategic alternatives and advising on significant transactions in the consumer and retail sectors. As the founder of FLORE ANAÏS, Flore developed a direct-to-consumer women's workwear line. Additional experience includes positions at RBC Capital Markets and Deloitte & Touche LLP, where Flore performed comprehensive financial analysis and advised on M&A strategies. Flore holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Fashion Business Certificate from Parsons School of Design.
