Richard Hallett

Richard Hallett is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Crown Agents Bank and of Crown Agents Investment Management and a member of the Executive Committee and Board having joined in June 2016. Richard’s career spans more than 25 years in top tier financial services organisations with an extensive track record across the investment banking, commercial and retail banking sectors both regionally and globally.

Richard was formally CFO of Barclays Africa and CFO of Absa Capital. Previous roles to this include UK & Europe CFO and Global Business Unit Controller at RBS. He was Managing Director, European Head of Fixed Income Product Control and Global Head of Interest Rates Product Control at Morgan Stanley; and Director and Global Head of Expense Management at Credit Suisse First Boston. Richard started his career at Price Waterhouse as a qualified accountant, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia.
