Francis Evans has extensive experience as a Project Manager and Country Representative, primarily with Crown Agents since November 1975. Expertise includes the efficient and effective disbursement of grants from the Government of Japan to various sub-Saharan countries, as well as contributing to the UK Government's Department for International Development (DfID) in response to the Ebola crisis in Sierra Leone. Francis Evans has worked in diverse locations including Japan, the USA, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ghana, and Malawi. Educational background includes attendance at Dover College.
