Gladys Anya

Gladys Anya serves as the Principal HR Business Partner at Crown Agents since January 2023, managing HR across multiple international offices and supporting key business needs for enhanced people practices. Previously, Gladys held the position of Talent Management & Leadership Development Technical Director at World Vision International from January 2020 to December 2022, focusing on developing leadership capabilities and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for humanitarian responses. Prior to that, Gladys was the Deputy Director of Regional HR at International Medical Corps, where responsibilities included strategic HR partnership and talent development, as well as serving as an International Recruiter for East and Southern Africa. Gladys also led HR and Administration at Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Germany for over a decade, overseeing various humanitarian interventions. Educated with degrees from Daystar University and the University of Nairobi, and certified as a Human Resource Professional, Gladys possesses extensive expertise in HR management and strategic development.
